Insulation & Core Options

  • Ceramic Wool Core: Reinforced with stiffeners, this core resists temperatures up to 1300°C.

  • Mineral Wool / Rockwool: A US-made, UL-listed thermal protection board encased between steel and a heat-deflecting aluminum interior. It is non-combustible, moisture-resilient, and provides continuous protection for up to 2,400°F.

  • Steel Stiffened Core: Vertical steel hat sections are spot-welded to the face sheets and insulated with mineral wool, offering the highest impact resistance for high-traffic utility and commercial buildings.

  • Honeycomb Core: Utilizes Kraft honeycomb paper cores bonded with fire-rated adhesive, providing extreme rigidity and a high level of flatness for interior or residential applications.
